ESEL Seminars Are Back in the Field

Every month from March through September, the team at 374 Consultants will be on the road hosting the Employment Strategies for Executive Leaders (ESEL) Seminars, and we could not be more excited to meet the next group of leaders preparing for their transition.

These seminars are more than a class—they are part strategy session, part career search prep workshop, and part honest conversation about what life looks like after the uniform comes off.

The mission is simple: help senior military leaders approach transition with clarity, confidence, and a deliberate plan. Too many leaders are handed generic advice and a checklist that doesn’t match the complexity of their careers. The ESEL Seminar was built to change that.

Over three intensive days, participants work through the practical realities of transition with people who understand the journey and have spent years helping leaders navigate it successfully.

Inside the seminar, we cover subjects such as:

• Developing executive-level resumes and LinkedIn profiles
