We created this firm because we saw too many senior leaders approach transition without the clarity, support, or respect their service deserved. Having lived inside the military community and led within formal transition programs, we understood both the strength leaders bring with them and the gaps they are often left to navigate alone.
Our commitment is to meet leaders where they are, honor the full weight of their service, and help them move forward with intention. We do this work not as observers, but as advocates—bringing strategy, perspective, and humanity to a moment that deserves all three.
